There is a rumor that Edge will defend his title aganist Batista at Judgement Day? My question is...why? Why do they keep letting Batista be a part of the title picture? He has no passion for the business and he has an attitude backstage. Other wrestlers like Benoit, Kane, Matt Hardy, and others are being held back because of this oversized, steroid-popping monkey. Anyone else feel the same way?

If the rumor is true, hopefully the Rated-R Superstar has a successful title defense.
Like you said, Chris Benoit, Kane, and Matt Hardy are all deserving candidates for the World Heavyweight Championship, but the only one of them who doesn't currently have some gold around his waist is Kane, so hopefully he becomes Edge's next challenger.
In an ideal world, the Hardys would lose their tag team titles before or at Judgement Day, and then Matt would win a #1 Contender match on the 22nd (live taping)/25th (when the taping is aired to the masses), which would give him one more chance at extracting the ultimate revenge, and one more chance would be all he needs.

He didnt work hard at all to become a wrestler, it was given to him because he is a big guy there is people more deserveing than him he needs to step down and let someone else get a title shot, he is a horriable wrestler and cuts horriable promos, he is one of the reasons i do not watch smackdown.

I ACTUALLY LIKE BATISTA if u read up about him he studied under flair and hhh to be a better wrestler. now his behavior behind the curtain is questionable. very few have been able to hold the spotlight and not let it get to their heads
