I Can´t Believe any of the guys here mentioned "CHICAGO", one of the best rock bands in the history of music.
Probably understandable because they changed their music style drastically in the late 70's-80's.
But still....
MUST listen to "25 or 64" one of their greatest songs. This song is still from the time when they were "heavy"...
Here are another classic rock bands: Deep purple, Three Dog Night, Cream, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Vanilla Fudge (try "you keep me hanging on", best version ever), Jethro Tull, RATT (great band... not considered like classic rock by many)... well there are many.. can´t mentioned everyone.
Hope this helps.
