No! I will throw the whole plate in the trash and after finding I don't want any of the food that was cooked. I know this sounds selfish. It just does a mental thing on me. I have long hair and will alway put in up in a bum during cooking and even when I eat.

I pull it out and I finish eating. After all, if there was one hair in my food, what are the chances of there being another?

I have 14 cats - food without hair is a rarity -
I'm just happy I can keep the whole cat off the plate !

if its mine or someone i know i dont care but if i was eating at a restaurant i would not finish and get a new plate of food

if it was my own, then yes.. but if it's from a restaurant or someone else made the food and it's not my hair, no way- i feel so sick, and can't finish eating anything. eeew.

Not unless I'm 100% sure that the hair is mine.
Hairs in food totally freak me out!!! I can't stand them!

there is no way i can continue eating. even if i know for a fact it's hair from my own head, there's absolutely no way i can keep eating. it freaks me out too much.

I live in a house with two overtly large dogs.
If I see hair or fur in my food, it's a daily occurance. I say, "GROSS!", remove it, and eat.
