I really can only think of cons.

Only 2 of 36 countries that signed on to the Kyoto protocol are meeting the emissions standards. ( UK and Sweden )
Some of the countries have increased their emissions as much as 25%.
The Kyoto Protocol gave a free pass to economically developing nations like India and China, and now if you look at world pollution China has 16 of the 25 worst polluted cities and India has 2 or 3.
The Idea of carbon emissions credits is ridiculous as it stymies poorer countries who are trying to develop and rewards richer countries who can buy off irresponsibility.

Why Ratify The Kyoto Accord?
After millions of years of remaining constant, greenhouse gas levels, particularly CO2, started to climb sharply at the beginning of the industrial revolution. They are now almost certainly higher than they have been in 20 million years. This is not a natural fluctuation. It is a side effect of us humans diligently burning the oil, coal and forests. These greenhouse gasses trap heat in the atmosphere, much like a giant greenhouse. The heating is called global warming.

How can they possibly say that CO2 levels are higher than they have been in 20 million years? And this is supposed to be based on science? Have the models the scientists use take into account clouds, bodies of water and precipitation? No. I suggest you do some research on your own. Use google to google greenhouse models. See what you come up with. I don't think it is fair if I do your homework for you. Besides, I have my own to do.

Even many Democrats voted against Kyoto.
This was shocking because Democrats usually want us to lose jobs.
The agenda behind Kyoto was to hurt the US.

"Like fascism and communism, Kyotoism is an attack on basic human freedoms behind a smokescreen of propaganda," he said. "Like those ideologies of human hatred, it will be exposed and defeated."
