Definitely not by the bias left winged drive by media. He should govern the way the people want him to. President Bush was elected by us and he does what he says,he doesn't pay any mind to the polls.I've put my trust in him twice and would a 3rd time.
My problem with all of them is the Border,North and South,It should of been sealed up 09/12/01! Thats just my opinion!

The President should execute the laws that have been passed by the legislature no matter if he thinks they are right or wrong.
You could better answer this question if you take out the word president and use the word police officer. Would you want the officer coming to the house and using his own person judgement - maybe beat you up first before taking you in - or would you want him to follow the law?

Political capital is the President's power to get things done. The more popular a President is the More Capital he has as leverage. The President's Political Capital is indexed to the will of the people. In politics, its all about give and take. Reagan understood that.

The President should always make the right decisions. But the president isn't in charge of all the decision making. It says that in constitution, that the presidents power is limited.

He works for the American people. He should respect their will. I don't mean follow the latest poll, but if all of them come up 70 percent or more for over a year, something is seriously wrong. If he does what the american people want and ends up being wrong, he could always say "i told ya so"

He should base his decisions on current and reliable intelligence and his trusted advisors, before he makes a decision on behalf of America, the media should have nothing to do with it!
