I don't know what you're talking about. You can thumbs up or down a question, however you have to be of a certain level to do it.

Oh don't they though. Too bad we can't have a "dumb and dumber" rating. I guess Yahoo Answers believes there is no such thing as a bad question.

I have no idea. Honestly, today was the first time I wanted to do it and because there was a really, really bad answer, but I couldn't . I thought it was me.
