I doubt it. I can't imagine health being of that much concern to any American politician, but maybe someday when the old America dies off and the new America rises.

Being a vegetarian has little to do with being concerned with health issues. I am not a vegetarian but I am concerned about the health of my family. I am sure the politicians are also concerned about health issues.

Your question seems to imply that you may be assuming too much.

To tell you the truth, I don't know.
But if I had to guess I would say no. If there had been one I am sure that in my 60+ years I would have heard of one.

I don't think so...strage enough I would think with all the state dinners the president has to attend he/she couldn't risk offending another nation if some of their national dishes contained meat.

I don't think so, but why does it matter? Hitler was a vegetarian, bet you like him, huh? And actually being vegetarian does not necessarily mean that one is healthier or will live longer.
