It depends on the fanatic's affiliated interests.
Is this person also interested in acting out scene from the movies? Then you could lead them to fanfilms.com. They could explore how to make their own Star Wars themed movies. That place covers costume and prop making, camera filming, script writing, light sources, video editing software, and much more. And these comments and lessons are coming from fellow Star Wars fans.
Another thing you could look at is going to the San Diego Comic Con in late July. Since this year is the 30th anniversary year of the original Star Wars, that place will be totally hopping. The presence of the storm trooper fan regiment, the 501st "Vader's Fist", will be in full regalia, along with tons of Jedi, bounty hunters, and other beings, human and otherwise.
This should get your mind pondering on what things are really out there for the Star Wars fan beyond the standard toys and such.
May the Force be with you and your efforts in this venture.
Sincerely,
Alvin R.

if he's rich, he doesn't need material things; that will just make him more of a brat.
make something personal that can't be purchased.
