Try your local gas supply company. The ones who supply welders. Also try your local hospital. They recieve blood kept frozen by dry ice. If they are reluctant because of lawsuits, to supply materials that are dangerous, make up a "hold harmless statement' which you will sign (if you are over 18 and legal) which states that you will not hold them responsible if you end up getting a 'freezer burn' from the dry ice or worse. Also be aware that for larger quanties of dry ice, transport in a car can produce lethal quantities of CO2.If they ask this question, tell them you will transport the CO2 in the trunk and drive with the windows down. This happens more frequently to people who transport liquid Nitrogen for science demonstrations. Transporting in a car can kill the transporter..1 cup, boiling off can displace enough oxygen to kill the driver or at least put him asleep. Show up with a polystyrene cooler and gloves also.

MANY grocery store carry dry ice. NO chain store carries it at all locations. You have to TALK to local stores to find out where it is available in your area.
