Automatically I was going to say "Stuff like that doesn't work for me." But it actually does. For me, it's nature. Little things like watching a squirrel dart across the lawn or an odd insect on the sidewalk, actually makes me feel more at peace. It makes me feel more observant and appreciative.

Me lots of times, I live for the moment I can chill out on my own, no-one else in the house to ruin it. I love peace and quiet, where ever it is.

It's what keeps me sane, just to let everything wash over, to let all the troubles say 'im here, ha! notice me!' and for you to say 'yes, ive noticed you, now i dont care'. I find that taking a deep breathe and ignoring all the static that is the niggling things in life puts everything into perspective and helps you cope.

Me - but only recently as I have got older and busier (kids/work etc)

When I was younger I hated it when nothing was happening - but now I wish I could have at least an hour a day.

Me.

But only since living near the beach. Great place to just sit and listen and watch. And I really do feel better for it.
