Definitely not because you used an indefinite article ("a" or "an") in front of it. If you had used the definite article ("the"), you might have been able to make an argument for capitalization. But not the way it is worded now.

i dont think so. like when you use queen without saying Queen Cleopatra or the Queen of the Nile. its a title but no one is there to claim it.
