What are your thoughts on LSD?

Is It so bad to try It once? What are the effects of It?

Thanks guys, Im 30 by the way and Have never tried drugs before. I was recently offered half a trip and turned It down . Though I was almost presuaded to say yes.

I would not try LSD at all. It puts you on a 'trip'...it could be good or bad. It is like a dream but much more realistic. It can be the best experience of your life, you see God, you understand the meaning of life. It could fill you with terror so you will never be right again. You can have flashbacks after one only time, so that later at the most unexpected times you suddenly have a flashback and have another trip...this could be anywhere, and trips last a few hours. It is very dangerous and could rele mess you up.

I don't know what today's stuff is like. I took acid for about 10 years, over 200 hits. It hasn't seemed to have adversely affected me. That having been said, if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have started. I started my drug experience with acid, nothing like jumping in with both feet! But it lead to many wasted (no pun intended) years of using other drugs. That is what I regret. The things I could have accomplished if I hadn't been stoned or trying to get stoned all the time. The choice of course is yours. I will give you the same advice I was given 40 years ago, if you're going to do it, have a strong mind and a strong belief in God. If it goes bad, which it can, you'll have something to lead you back out.

I tried it once in high school and I do NOT recommend it! about 8 years after I took it, I had a flashback. Actually I only took half, my buddy took the other half *thank God, because I tripped for a good 10-12 hours...

I don't know how old you are, but I promise you, if you use drugs, you'll regret it. You cannot get those brain cells back. And once you get to college you will need all of the brain cells you can conjure up!

LSD is most defenitly really bad for you. It makes you see things that are really not there! If you take it in a bad mood, you will see things that will scare the heck out of you. And if you take it in a good mood, you will see things that are so hillarius, you will laugh your self to death. I know from experience, when I was a teenager along time ago. I'm 44 years old now and don't mess with any drugs at all. I only smoke ciggarettes. Oh, and I don't drink. Even trying it
just once will get you addicted. All it takes is one time,then
you will be wanting it all the time. Trust me ,I know! Don't do
it. You will be sorry.

It can have a lasting psychological effect. I tried it once when I was 16. Things just seemed brighter and you get a tracer effect on things. Dont do it!

it's kind of like taking you to a different dimension. it is associated with schizophrenia because it increases the flow of dopeamine in your brain.

It's best not to try it because you don't know what you will get. If you do try it always keep in your mind that you are seeing these things as a consequence of taking a chemical, so you don't freak out too much.

depending on the strength the effects would be visual hallucinations for about 5 hours.

Drugs are never good. Not even a one time thing. You are smart to stay away from drugs. I have never tried any sort of illegal drug. Never wanted to.

Its a very dangerous and unpredictable drug and it can do some long term damage to your mind "being someone who tried it years ago, I wouldn't suggest it".
