I had extreme tiredness (I could have slept 16 hours per day) after 30 weeks with my second pregnancy. My doctor did a blood count and it turned out that my blood iron was low. I went on an iron supplement and it helped tremendously.

Hi
and Congratulations on your son! You are going through the normal end of pregnancy routine. Are you taking your pre-natal vitamins? As long as you are healthy, eating, getting enough fluids, etc., then you are fine. Your bikini area hurting is simply your bones spreading in readiness for the baby. As long as you are not spotting or bleeding then this is fine and normal. Why can't you walk? If you are maintaining too much fluid this could be very serious and you need to see your Dr about it. This is edemia and could send your blood pressure through the roof if unchecked. Dangerous to you and baby, sometimes the only way to control that is to have the baby!
You are sleeping alot now as the hormones are kicking in now in readiness for baby again. But, do call your Dr and let them know about the swellin, as I said this could be very dangerous and is worth him taking a peep at you for. Maybe you also need to eat very small amounts or drink some orange juice for your tiredness, your blood sugar may be getting too low and this makes you tired too. Ask you Dr when you talk to the office so they know what is going on but try a peanut butter cracker and some juice to see if it helps w/in 20 mins. If it does then your blood sugar is getting too low and you need to do as above!
Best of luck to you and your beautiful new son!

It's normal to be tired and normal to swell in late pregnancy. The cramps are also normal. You're probably having Braxton Hicks contractions. It doesn't neccesarily mean that you're about to go into labor. You'll know when you're in labor because it will hurt so bad that you can't walk or talk through it.

Its normal to be tired and have swelling but anything to the extreme should probably be checked by your Dr. (mainly the swelling part). Severe sudden swelling can be a sign of pregnancy induced hypertension and/or pre-eclampsia. You should let your Dr. know if your swelling is sudden and severe. Aches and pains are normal as your body prepares itself. Hang in there! Best of luck!

I did somewhat little bit of study on-line. It appears like sure, your little one will probably be a "premie". A little one born earlier than 37 weeks is viewed untimely. It additionally says within the article what to assume in the event you do cross into hard work in advance. I will reproduction and paste a few sections, and I will record the supply on the backside, so you'll learn extra. :-) "If you begin having constant contractions that purpose your cervix to start to open (dilate) or skinny out (efface) earlier than you achieve 37 weeks of being pregnant, you are in preterm hard work, often referred to as untimely hard work. If you supply your little one earlier than 37 weeks, it is known as a preterm start and your little one is viewed untimely." "In such a lot instances, if you are in untimely hard work after 34 weeks, you can be allowed to supply your little one. Babies born among 34 and 37 weeks of gestation who haven't any different well being disorders on the whole do excellent (despite the fact that the previous they are added, the larger the danger of a crisis). These infants would possibly want a quick keep within the neonatal nursery and will have a couple of quick-time period well being disorders, however in the end, such a lot of them do as good as complete-time period infants." There is plenty extra know-how within the article. I surely propose studying it. Good good fortune, and I wish all is going good!

Not necessarily. That's a part of pregnancy and you kind of have to live with it. I'm 37 weeks and am feeling the same way.
