How can i set a default speed for other PC on my network??

It seems like the other PC takes most of the bandwidth or half, i wanna reduce by alot!! please help me as i dont know much bout computers!

You will need to install bandwidth management software on the machine you want to limit, or get a router that has bandwidth management built into it. (Most of the inexpensive home routers do not have that.)

You can also setup a small "gateway" computer where all connections get bandwidth set. (linux does a nice job of this)
