how to keep cool in the heat?

It is soo hard to keep cool in this hot weather. Any suggestions or ways to keep cool. other then central ac I can't aford it right now

take a nice long cool/cold shower i always do this in the summer right before bed.....

*keep windows and curitins closed during the day to keep heat out

*get a in the window a/c they are not too expensive wal mart 89$

*open windows after sun goes down or before it comes up

* put you pillow case in the freezer before bed ( i love this it works great)

* put fans in the window at night to suck cool air in

* they make a neck cooler thing you can buy that supposdly cools you off

*dont use the stove or oven

* grab a nice cold margarita

How about trying some of these?

Try to stay in a shady spot.

Try to keep yourself hydrated by drinking fluids such as water.

Wearing short sleeve shirts and shorts could help possibly

Maybe turning on the AC or a few fans could help.

Maybe even going into the lowest floor of your house, as hot air rises and cold air sinks.
