Here lately, I'm always hungry.
No matter how much I eat, I'm still hungry?
Why is that?

There are many reasons. Pregnancy, disease, insulin problems, glandular problems, depression, stress,... growing up.

perhaps what youre eating isnt healthy and filling...try veggies, fish, and what not -protein,etc. And instead of focusing on eating 3 square meals a day, try six small meals throughout the day. You can have a Special K bar when hungry at work and etc. (those things taste great!)

another reason could be emotional or boredom. May factors play iinto this. You can always see a nutritionist.

You're not hungry, you're bored or thirsty. The brain can mix up these signals easily.

When you do eat, get a good balance of carbs and protein. The rest of the time you think you're hungry, drink water and get busy doing something fun.

Depends... Do you start to feel sick after eating just a bit? Or is there a constant aching? You could have an ulcer, or it could even be as bad as ovarian cancer (doubt it). Try Web MD's symptom checker.

If you're close to your period, that's probably the most likley reason.

Because you're not giving the food enough time to digest. If you don't give food enough time to digest, you'll keep digging in until you're more than full! And it also depends what you're eating. You have to eat proper meals. i.e you shouldn't be eating a banana for dinner.

Too much carbs. Try cutting way back on the carbs and you'll lose the hunger problem in 3 days.

There are too many variables that could be effecting your body. It could be something as simple as a change in your metabolism to something as nasty as a tape worm. I would see a doctor to get definite results.

You are probably growing. Although I don't know your age, that is probably the reason. When you grow you need to eat A LOT!! =]
