I don't want any creams, but I was wondering, can the black circles under the eyes be caused by lack of sleep? Is there any alternative medicine I can use to erase them?

I would make sure you are getting about 8 hours of sleep at night and take an vitamin in the morning. I would also try putting a slice of cucumber on each eye for about 10-15 minutes. That's what I do.

When I was pregnant I developed anemia. The lack of iron made it look like I had black eyes all the time. Try some over the counter Iron supplements, or a good multivitamin.
