Firefox grows on you. It's extensions are really handy. The Ad block plus alone is worth it! I've been around from the Mosaic and Lynx (text only Unix browser) days.... Firefox is the best so far. However some websites (evil ones!) do require IE to run. Such as Microsoft's Windows update site. Big surprise huh!?
Plus Firefox works in Linux exactly the same! So if you move over you get to keep it!!!

My vote is Firefox!

I think I use FireFox more than I actually use Internet Explorer. FireFox also has adons and other things, like tabbed browsing, that IE 6 doesn't have. I know IE 7 does though, but I'm not sure about the themes or adons.

I also believe that FireFox is safer than IE.

I've been using FireFox for a while now and I think overall my Internet experience has been better. It loads pages faster and all the various add-ons make it much better than IE7. Once in a blue moon I run into a site that will not run so I use IE7 when I have to. It's a quick download as well and doesn't take up many resources (memory).

all of us know of that IE7 is sluggish. extremely, all the IE classes are bloated, sluggish crap. Use Mozilla Firefox or Opera 9. that's a lot safer to apply those browsers and that they are loose. Firefox has all varieties of neat plug-ins for it too. i want to propose to all people that they'd desire to not use many of the inventory applications that got here with XP. third occasion disk defraggers, browsers, firewalls, etc. are lots extra advantageous.

Mmmm... I would have to say firefox. I hate the new IE, it's changed far too much. It took me an hour just to find my HISTORY folder!

Firefox doesn't change too drastically with it's updates, and I like that it's still the same as when I first started using it.

I'm on a Mac, so I suppose that it would have to be FF...but I use another Mozilla browser, Camino. It's kind of a FF lite and I love it.

From what my friends tell me, they don't want to go through the hassle of making IE secure to browse with. FF also has so many extensions that you can download for all sorts of things. Plus, there's Greasemonkey, which makes life on MySpace a lot nicer!
