I've lived in my hometown all of my life, and I used to say that I would never want to move anywhere else.

That said, Portland is growing to the point where it's almost impossible to get around easily anymore...that and new home building is pretty much taking over what once was beautiful farmland. But, the weather is still nice.

So, if I were tempted to relocate, and since I like the Pacific NW, I think that I'd like to check out Vancouver BC.

If I could live anywhere, it would be as far away from any city as I could get. The more remote, the better.

Vancouver Canada and Melbourne Australia have been voted 2 superb cities in in the international in contemporary times. i'm a Yank and have self assurance the balloting is sweet. in any different case, aside from site visitors, might advise Seattle. i'm limiting my reaction to truly super cities, in any different case, i might stay in a city in Mexico, or close to Byron Bay in Australia.. Cheers.

Abingdon, VA
Or
Akin,SC

Both have awsome community involvement and the weather is good. Not to mention both have a nice history. They both have a rural feeling with culture, and good schools near by.
