You may be able to do so by typing into your browser 192.168.0.1 and then looking at the page that says Attached Devices or something similar to that. I believe it will show you all of the computers that are currently on your network.
If you don't recognize the names of any of them, then it might be someone else.

Go into your router's settings and check there. Your router should be able to display the MAC addresses of the network cards that are currently connected to your router. You can also check the router's log. If someone is connecting to your router, you can deny that person's access by using your router's 'MAC address filter' feature.

if your router isnt encrypted with a hexadecimal code or anything like that then they are prolly connected if your router requires a password to get on to then they arent on it most likely plus for them to be able to access with a good connection they would have to be within 150 ft.. but thats possibele if u are close neighbors or live in an apartment..

not really only that if your download and upload speeds are slower than usual...best solution is to secure your wireless network with a network key....if you already have a network key change it and up date your computer with the new key.
