Hi I can do anything else online, but I can't seem to access the msn webpage or msn messenger. I was wondering if anyone would have any details on it.

resetting my modem wouldn't help, because all of my other online services are still available. As for it being my computer, I'm doubting that, because my husbands computer won't pick it up either.

You may have a bug in the program itself. I suggest that you uninstall it and then re-install. (before you do that, though you will want to get rid of any 'residual' parts of files left behind. Go through your 'search' and type in search for files with MSN. When the search is complete, delete the bits and pieces. That way you can start clean slate when you re-install MSN messenger.

I could get to the MSN.com homepage fine. Maybe you should restart your modem by unplugging it for about 15 seconds or so and then plugging it back in.

Also, if that doesn't work, you may simply just want to restart your computer or wait a little while.

just restart your computer, that sometimes helps. Sometimes my msn is down too. But i restart my computer and it works. sometimes you have to turn of your firewall.
Hope this helps
Bye
