For the best results wait til your period is late to test again, but if you are impatient (like me!) yes, you could test again on Sunday. As for the type of test you use, go here, www.peeonastick.com, they have lots of useful info--btw, the cheapie dollar store tests are just as reliable, and sometimes more so than the expensive ones.
About 25% of couples get pg in the first month. 60% get pg within 6 months, 75% get pg within 9 months, and 80% get pg by one year. 90% get pg by 18months. The average each month is you have about a 20% chance in any given cycle to get pg.

I know how it is to be impatient!!

Your dates are a bit confusing...you say Monday the 11th, but the 11th is tomorrow, Friday. Regardless of the dtes, wait two days and take another test. By then, your period will be due, and HCG (the hormone the test looks for) doubles every 24-72 hours so you may have enough after a couple of days to get a possitive.

Best of luck! My husband and I started last month too!

I think you should wait until your period is actually late. Otherwise, you could just be wasting test sticks. A few days won't really make that much of a difference considering you'll have to wait 9 months for the baby.

I feel for you though. I'm so tempted to start testing now too because I'm so excited. Unfortunately, it's much more practical to just wait a little longer.

Its only your first month of trying. You may or may not be pregnant. If you're not, it doesnt mean anythings wrong with your body, it just means you havent gotten pregnant yet. Test again later or you can wait til monday to see if your period does start. Good luck.
