PCI Express and PCIe mean the same thing. They refer to the currently fastest expansion card interface. 8X AGP used to be the fastest interface used for graphics. Now, it is the X16 PCIe. All new graphics card now are made as PCIe. But since there are still lots of computers w/ AGP slots, card makers put an AGP bridge on some cards so it will function as an AGP card. This is the reason AGP cards are more expensive than same model of PCIe card.

pci express and pci-e are the same thing, I think you mean AGP since you're talking about how video cards connect to your motherboard, pci-e being one way, AGP is another connection, Accelerated Graphics Port...see the links I provided...pci-e is the latest and greatest, by the way

PCI-E is faster than AGP. It is for Video Cards.
PCI-E uses 16X speed AGP uses 8 X speed
