it seems to be a leak,that caused black spots,how long legally in louisiana before i can ask for a full refund? also it is a brand new camper with a slide out and on the floor it seems to be rust stains on the floor.what is my rights? how long am i entitled to a full refund? if i am! any legal or friendly advise will be greatly appreciated.thanks.

your sale contract should tellyou on the reverse side, call your local bar assn asap, call the dealer also and get them involved, you may have very well gotten a refurbished unit that was left over from katrina. cleaned and smelling great doesnt necessarily mean kosher

I don't know about Louisiana, but normally a person has three (3) business days after purchasing a large ticketed item to return it to the seller for a full refund.

You should read your contract and see if there are provisions for returning the item.

If it is a lemon and can be deemed a lemon then you might have other rights.

Check with your Consumer Affairs Office normally located in the state capital. You might might find out if your local Chamber of Commerce has a number for them, if not you should be able to find them in your local telephone book under State Government.
