First, do not panic.

Second, DO NOT PANIC.

Multiple integrals aren't that difficult. The difficult part is visualizing the described region so that you may find the limits of integration. Draw a picture of the region you're integrating, and work out explicit formulas for the boundaries you need. After that, the integrals themselves should be as easy as pie.

Speaking of pie, make yourself a nice tasty pie to eat after the test. Being able to look forward to a delicious reward has been known to calm even the most frazzled of nerves.

I did too. I studied and studied, do you have to take a time test?
The only thing you can do is drink orange juice, exercise so you have Adeline, and pray.
Also remember what sign is for what and if you know calculus then you have it made.

Drink a chamomile tea in the morning before the exam. It's a regular tea for nerves, all moms have it in the pantry.

As soon as you sit down for the exam write from memory all the formulas in the paper they give you -wait until they tell you you can start to write- It gives me security to know I have all the formulas in front of me .

Study! Do questions out of your book that are similar to the ones that will be on the test and ones that you have answers to in the back of your book.
