Only the really expensive ones. The dog gets the Ice bucket as a water dish and we keep those always. He has some really cool water dishes from all over the country.

We never have. But one time at a Big Lots, we got a Holiday Inn towel for a dollar or two. Trust me, it was the crappiest towel we ever owned. Buy a real towel. Even the cheap Cannon towels at walmart beat any motel towel made.

No, I was always taught that it was
1. rude,
2. illegal,
3. you'll get caught and have to pay for them,
4. they're disgusting. They've been used by thousands and thousands of people, no matter how hard you wash towels, sometimes people's feces are still in the towel... people who keep them think they're getting a deal, when they're actually getting a pile of sh!t.
5. they're not soft, they're rough and deteriorate easily.

Yeah, I'm sure I have a couple of times.
When I stayed at a hotel in Key Largo a few summers ago, I wanted to keep my key card because it had a pretty palm tree on it and I wanted to put it in my scrapbook. They were a little "iffy" about it, but they finally let me take it. lol I'm a real rebel.

Once. Then I found out it was illegal. So no more. And most have been "used" (if you know what I mean), so I have no desire to take it. If I really like it, I just buy a new one from the hotel.

No I don't keep them some hotels make you pay for missing ones. I wouldn't want to pay for the crappy towels.

No. I'm certainly not going to break the law over towels that have touched God knows what.

No because it just ends up looking like you're too poor to buy your own towels.
