Here's what they say are recommended for the 10th. I personally think a weekend get away maybe to a hotel that offers spa treatments would be good. Think about what you both enjoy or recreate something special from your past such as a meaningful date. Congrats on 10 years!!!

10th Anniversary Traditional Gift: Tin or aluminum. The pliability of tin and aluminum is a symbol of how a successful marriage needs to be flexible and durable and how it can be bent without being broken.

10th Anniversary Contemporary/Modern Gift:
Diamond jewelry. A marriage that lasts ten years is as durable and beautiful as a diamond.

10th Anniversary Gemstone:
Diamond jewelry or blue sapphire.

10th Anniversary Color:
Silver or blue.
10th Anniversary Flower: Daffodil. Trumpet-shaped daffodils represent joy, cheerfulness, and happiness.

The "traditional" 10th anniversary gift would be tin/aluminum. Some ideas would be:

Wishstones: http://www.romanceher.com/wishstones.htm?AID=5542301&PID=614680
Antique tin signs from eBay
Cookware
Champagne Bucket (with champagne in it, of course)
A tin bucket (like from the hardware store) filled with goodies - a theme... like bath stuff, spa stuff, movies, clothes, cooking stuff, hobby stuff.
A car... ;-)

Otherwise, if not wanting to do traditional, the "Modern 10th Anniversary Gift Theme" is diamond jewlery. That should be easy enough. I suggest a tennis bracelet or a pretty necklace pendant, or diamond stud earrings.

I had given my (now ex) wife Aluminum Roses, in a vase I milled from a bock of aluminum.

I like the idea about the tin bucket with the lotion/bath/body products.

my husband bought me a pearl necklace for our 10th anniversary. total surprise and i loved it. not because of the necklace but because he thought of it all by himself (no hints or anything!) and was so excited to surprise me.

happy anniversary!
