you have to win PPVs to get legends but to get stone cold you have to be in the royal rumble which means you have to give up your title shot in the beginning but if you go through the season as champ youll still get a lot of legends

first you get a bunch of cash then at your desk go to your computor then go to shop the best way to get them is by setting the diffaculty to legend and do a season you get more cash that way.
ps some of the legends you have to unlock by doing a certan task befor you can buy them
