I go 3 times before I leave for work, I getup at six and leave at 7.30, as I travel I have to plan routes where I can pop in to use the facilities, I don't thinks that there is a McDonalds or a Burger King whose throne that I haven't sat on. (I don't carve wood on the road) The question is can I modify my diet to conrol my movements? or is it just my metabolism?

You might have IBS or some other medical condition. You should not be having that many BMs per day.

Make an appointment and see a doctor.

(BTW, what does this have to do with marriage or divorce?)

This is the best way to eat. It looks like a recipe straight out of a workout book! Good work. Remember, as humans we were built as hunter / gatherers, which meant that we would constantly roam around looking for food, and eat what little food we could find at the time. Every hour or so, our ancestors would stumble across a bush filled with berries, or some wheat, etc. This is called grazing. It wasn't until just recently that humans were able to store food and eat it all at once, while sitting down at a table. :) Take care, ... Christopher

You need to see a doctor. It could be many different things that are causing this.

Changing your diet wouldn't be a bad idea, but I still suggest you consult a doctor so they can see what's actually wrong.

Best of luck, and feel better!

You are asking the wrong people (unless there is an intestinal specialist answering your question)...run not walk to your family doctor. Hope you can get the proper treatment; wish you good health.

Only seek medical advice if this a recent occurrence, if you have always squeezed one (or in your case 7) out regularly, don't worry about it. A man's gotta shi t when a man's gotta sh it.

would you qualify for this comment? "the persistent excellence of the stool has been one of this illness's dullest features" (madness of king george)

if so, yo' fine.
