Kigali, population 851,024 (2005), is the capital and largest city of Rwanda. It is situated in the centre of the nation, and has been the economic, cultural, and transport hub of Rwanda since it became capital at independence in 1962. The City of KIGALI, is the Capital city of the African Nation, of RWANDA! It was founded, exactly, 100 years ago, - in 1907, - when Rwanda was under GERMAN colonial rule

It was in the news, a heck of a lot, in the 1990's, - because of the terrible CIVIL WAR, that erupted, between the members of the Tutsi and Hutu tribes, that made up the majority of the National population!

It's OBVIOUSLY, a very COMPLICATED matter, - far to complicated to go into, here, - but, in the END, it comes down, to THIS! As a RESULT of the GENOCIDAL ACTIVITIES, on BOTH SIDES, - this was nothing short of ETHNIC CLEANSING, - more than a MILLION people lost their LIVES!

And, those are the victims, that the World KNOWS about! In TRUTH, there could be THOUSANDS of others!
