Call your local Fish and Wildlife Dept. It might be called Fish and Game. Or call the sheriff or police.

Quickness thing is to call the local police. They'll tell you who to call. It depends if the poaching is done on private, state or federal land. All states have wildlife law enforcement officers. Get the local or regional guys numbers.
It would be real helpful if you could document the poaching. Pictures, notes, GPS locations, time and location, and of course, the person or people involved.

your local game warden or local sheriff's dept. hunting license's are issued in certian numbers to protect the deer from over population, disease and starvation. there are different seasons for different wepons and doe (female) and buck (male). killing females out of season can seriously deplete the population
