Well based on energy I know that the United States (5% of world population) uses 25% of the worlds resources. So saying that 20% of people use 80% doesnt seem that far fetched.

Look at the basics. alot of people may have been using alot of water in there lifetime and most of us use alot of cars. so the point in this is to scrabble the earth into bio earth
