Can you pee with a tampon in?

so it wont absorb the pee and just sit in side until i take it out - i cant get and infection that way

Absolutely, just move the string out of the way. You can also "poop" with the tampon in. You have three holes: anal, urinal, and vaginal. You pee through the urinal. You poop through the anal. And finally you insert the tampon in the vaginal. Hope that answers your question, I had the same issues but I found help in these websites.

When I first started using tampons, I asked the same question. But you have nothing to worry about. The hole that it goes in is not the same hole that you pee out of. The hole you pee out of is very tiny, right under the clitoris. Whereas the hole you stick the tampon in is much farther down. So yes, go ahead and pee.
