at this time she is very young to have solids anyway as a lot of health visitors suggest 6 months now so why don't you try and just give her a couple of just milk feeds maybe your baby is too full and doesn't feel like she can have her bottle as well or try a follow on milk as these are not very filling but give your baby all the goodness she needs x x good luck x x x

At this age she should be getting only a few solid foods. Like cereal for breakfast mixed with her milk of choice. Then bottles throughout the day. If she is a big baby then she might be ready for more than just milk. Try using the sippy-cup tho. It may be that she is ready to give up the bottle. Doesn't she want it at night either. This is the one most babies really like.
My daughter gave up the bottle all by herself at 6 months. From then on she drank all her milk from a sippy-cup. Also at that time I switched her to 2% milk. Formula never agreed with her and she had beef broth in her bottle, not milk.

I wouldn't worry too much - she is just happy with the solids that you are giving her and doesn't need or want her milk anyone. Alternatively maybe change her bottles to a cup, she might do better with that.
Don't stress or she will pick up on it and it will be worse for both of you, just leave some there and if she wants it she will, often when babies go to solids, their milk intake goes down considerably.

It's very possible that you are feeding her too much solid food. Try making the servings slightly smaller or eliminating one of the feedings and see if that helps.
At this stage, she should still be getting the majority of her nutrition from milk, rather than from solid foods.
She might be showing you that she is ready to drink milk from a sippy cup rather than a bottle. Try giving a small amount and see how she does.

Maybe your giving her too much solids so she is full up, at her age try giving her a few spoonfuls of food before her milk, at her age she is only just getting used to solids. She is probably pushing her milk away because she has had enough food already.

You cannot force her take anymore than she wants. If you a re really concerned try to reduce the amount of solids to keep her balanced.Call the pedatrician if she loses weight or you have any other concers but the milk is the main source of nutrients right now.

my lil boy was exactly the same.. i started him at 4 months on solid and he not want milk.... i found the best thing to work was to give him a non spill cup.on 1 ocasion i put juice in and on another i put the milk in it. kept sayin " its wot big kids have" took a week or so but eventually he came round. if dat not work or u not want try just change the formula. or add it to her food make porridge with it or mash... good luck.. xx

Hi
I know it may sound silly but are you giving her anything other than solids and milk. You should be giving her a drink of boiled water as well because formula is not refreshing- it's a form of food.
