1. Replace CD-ROM w/ DVD-ROM, otherwise you will not be able to load new games that are on DVD.
2. The video card w/ ddr2 is not that exciting. 256Mb ddr3 will beat it all the time. Consider the 7600GT ddr3 or perhaps even the new 8600GT. 512Mb videoram is not always fully utilized in gaming.
3. The Intel mobo is good and stable but hardly gives you room for tweaking and extracting the best out of your E6600 and Corsair combination. Consider Asus boards w/ comparable intel chipset.
4. E6600 is just a 65watter. Your cooler is great for overclocking but your mobo is less capable.
