Overall, surprises have a bad connotation for me. This is because (with a few notable exceptions) I usually don't predict pessimistic scenarios, so I'm more likely to be startled by negative events/decisions rather than the anticipated positive outcomes. Maybe my friends just aren’t sneaky enough to pull off “surprises”: only the Universe has managed that. And so far not in a good way.

The last surprise I had was a good one, so right now I'd say I love them. I actually need more surprises in my life.

I like them, but only if they're true surprises. I don't like to know that a surprise is coming. Being left to wonder what it is sort of annoys me.

Love them. I am a very ornery gal though. I love to tease people...to a degree of course. I love good surprises.

Usually I love surprises; they keep life interesting. I just don't like any creepy ones, like a snake in my bed or something like that- I don't want life to be that kind of interesting :)

the kind that I can have some time to get used to is okay. anything that puts me on the spot sends me running. A nice package in the mail is fine and wonderful. Ten friends on my doorstep will give me a heart attack... :)
