My sister hates the way the male body looks and especially the genitals. Is this a normal lesbian attribute or is she just extremely feministic?

I don't hate the way the male body looks, but then again I'm a straight female.

She gets irritated when guys check her out..she seems disgusted by men in general which makes me wonder if she's truly lesbian or just really dislikes men.

Trust me, she is definately just confused about men. She must have had a bad experience with one or more, and now she feels like all men are that way. If she completely hated men, she wouldn't dress like one would she? All the girls I've known are very self-conscious about appearance. Men aren't that way, so dressing like a guy may help her to turn off guys that keep hitting on her. Tell her that she is wonderful, compliment her, and tell her to start liking her for her. There is a guy who will appriciate and care for her...because of who she is...NOT as a sex object like the media endorses.

The question is not whether she finds men revolting in appearance, frankly I'm amazed that the human race has gone on since men are so ugly. The question is do women rev her engine. If she finds sex with women too weird for words, then the matter lay elsewhere.
There are a lot of ugly guys, we can't all be like Antonio Banderas or Cary Grant or whatever. I'm fond of women and not every woman floats my boat, for the same reason. Tell her, with any luck, she'll marry a guy who likes to do it in the dark, so she's okay.

Uhm, this might be rude, but maybe you should ask if someone interfered with her sexually when she was young. Her being so anti-male may indicate that she was abused, lesbianism aside. She could still be a lesbian, but the anti-male ideals seem like she's trying to hide her gender in a way, recoiling from men's sexuality.

Sounds more like she's been molested repeatedly somewhere along the way. Her reaction to male bodies and her attempts to de-feminize herself are all classic symptoms. Whether or not she's also a lesbian, I'd ask her about whether she's been molested or raped, and if so, urge her to get counseling. Again, she may be a lesbian, which counseling won't affect or "cure", but counseling may help her with the other.

We would need to know what her attitude towards women's bodies is to answer this question.
As a lesbian though, I don't really look at men usually so I don't know how to answer your question.

Have you considered she might be being sexually abused? Some of what you said just struck that chord in my mind. I am not trained in this type of thing at all - - just came to my mind!

It depends really on who she has crushes on...
If she only falls in love with girls, I'd say, yeah she's gay...
