i dont have to look.
i totally agree with you!!!!
its so disgusting!!!
if you were raped thats one thing, but the amount of irrespnsible people in this world out number the ones that have to go through that.

edit: im also sick of people saying oh its the womans choice blah blah balh. if she can choose to lay down and have sex and not use protection, then why not make the right choice and grow up and take responsibility for her actions? abortion is not birth control like so many people treat it as.
that baby did not choose to be created. it did not choose to have irresponsible parents take its life away.
where is the choice of the baby to have a life? oh, but people dont think about that do they? they think its just a bunch of cells. what if your mother chose to kill you? how would you feel about that?

No, I don't. You have no right to dictate the choices other women have to make, and until you've transformed yourself into a 15 year old teen from a terrible background with no money in the family, gotten raped, and become pregnant you're in no way qualified to make such a bigoted ignorant comment. Mm'kay? Some women cannot cope with the idea of having a baby, and they should be forced to carry it to term and then give it up, or even keep the unwanted thing? Don't you dare call all women who accidentally become pregant hussies or anything arrogant and thoughtless like that - no birth control is 100%. Women can be on the pill and using a condom and still get seriously unlucky. Having intercourse doesn't mean ready to have a baby. You might not believe in intercourse before marriage, but not everyone shares your beliefs and you should damn well respect that and not go shouting your mouth off about things you don't fully understand without even considering the other side's point of view. I'm sick and tired of all these "pro-lifers" shouting out insults and judgement on those who don't think the way they do. Live and let live! Unless you're entirely sinless, stop protesting at the way other people live their lives and the choices they make.

I agree to a point. But if a girl who is raped is not on BC, why should she have to put her life on hold to raise a child or go through the heart wrenching adoption process? Or what if the mother has a medical problem that makes it dangerous to have another baby? I know a woman who had 4 kids and then got pregnant again years later. She is completely against abortion but in the end decided to have one because she was told if she did have it, there was a big chance that both her and the baby would die. They also said if the baby did survive, then it would be severely mentally retarded. It was hard for her to make the decision but I think she did the right thing. However, I think its wrong to use abortion as a form of birth control and too many people do just that.

I am going to get all thumbs down but I think the people that say it is "disgusting" to have an abortion and have not been in that situation are disgusting! There is no way you can comprehend what it is like. And to the people who say that even the raped women should be ashamed to have an abortion should not have been born themselves! That is a horrible thing to say to a woman that has already been victimized in the worst way. I have not been raped but I have had an abortion and a dear friend was raped and had an abortion. No one that has not been in thatsituation has a right to judge her! Guess you don't believe in the constitution and democracy and all that!

Adoption is an incredible determination. i think of if a girl is raped, or has an undesirable being pregnant, adoption would be a larger determination. the toddler is an harmless sufferer, and merits to have a wager. i'm against abortion, yet i've got self assurance merely via fact i think of its incorrect does not advise I could choose others who do have self assurance in it. My superb chum at present had an abortion, she knows of how i've got self assurance approximately it, yet supported her determination, and we are nevertheless superb acquaintances.

I agree with you except on the issue that alot of women do get raped or have medical issues and should have a choice. But I do agree that many of those stupid women out there go crying about having an unexpected pregnancy. Didn't they already have the first choice of using protection (and there's plenty of it)? Why use abortion as a method of protection? Many of those of you who claim that abortion should be legal because they are performed illegally in some clinics and some women end up dying, well, HA! HA!, THAT'S KARMA FOR YOU!!! All you wanted to kill your flesh and blood in the first place, so why should we feel sorry for all of you. You get what you deserve. USE PROTECTION and STOP WAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this a poll or a "Here's my opinion" chance for y ou?

I would join in the riots if they made abortion illegal. While I would not, and did not choose abortion when my birth control failed, and I firmly believe that you shouldn't be having sex if you aren't ready to have a child, I recoil at the idea that abortion could be made illegal.

For an interesting perspective, read Freakonomics, the chapter on abortion.

I totally AGREE~! U are soo right...there a re way too many birth control choices! You can even get them for free! so there is no excuse...people that are immature and doesnt want to take care of children shouldnt be having sex unprotected! For there is ALWYAS a chance of pregnancy!I do think, however, that in cases such as Rape...To a certain extent that If you DONT WANT TO GIVE THE BABY UP FOR ADOPTION, Then u should be allowed to have an abortion..but like i said why MURDER a baby that is innocent? why not have it and give it up for adoption..? there are soo many choices rather than Abortion...THUMBS UP TO U!!! I AGREE!

I do think it should be illegal. Everyone who has ever had an abortion should be put in jail, if not on death row, at least for life. And why not? We fight for men and women who have murdered another adult or child to go to jail! They took a human life and so has everyone who has ever had an abortion. Just because the baby is so tiny doesn't mean it's not a baby. As soon as the baby is conceived it has a soul. People have been desensitized to the fact that a baby is a baby, even if you can't hold him/her in your arms yet.

Ok, this is the pregnancy section hun! Abortion is a touchy subject for alot of people. I disagree with abortion as a method of birth control. Other than that i try to keep no nose out of it. It is a very controversal issue!

If your not the one getting the abortion then don't worry about other people's choices..I do believe that young girls shouldn't use abortion as some sort of birth control, those are the girls that should learn how to have protected sex..
