Most reputable ones won't touch a PublishAmerica book, so you have to know that stigma going in. You might try looking to see if any local colleges have a screenwriting class. You could take it and write it yourself, or see if there are any students who are willing to do it inexpensively. You might also see if you can get one of the WGA pros to do it.

You might try contacting a literary agent who also handles film rights.
