They've long since crumbled. Laura Bush is already packing the dishes away. Their fellow Republicans, obviously, don't want this on the table at all in '08, because it assures them of a loss.
If what Bush is doing is so right, then why doesn't Cheney or Rice stay on and run for Prez, continue with the great job they are doing? Why have they already said they are quitting? If you are doing a great job, and everything is right, do you quit?
