Let's call the unknown angle B. Then its supplement is 180-B and its complement is 90-B. We will use those expressions to translate your sentence into an equation:

7(90-B) = 2(180-B) + 220

630 - 7B = 360 - 2B + 220
-5B = -50
B = 10

complement of B = 90 - B
supplement of B = 180 - B
7.(90 - B) = 2(180 - B) + 220
630 - 7 B = 360 - 2B + 220
5B = 50
B = 10°
Check
7 x 80 = 560
2 x 170 + 220 = 340 + 220 = 560
