Check out the appropriate Government sites and start your claim - then contact them and push for decisions etc.


At a place I worked it took 6 months of internal meetings to get one person their correct 'equal pay' grading (you normally have to exhaust the Companies internal appeals procedure before you can take it to a Tribunal)

I would guess that if it had to go to the Tribunal it would take a lot longer .... especially if it's seen as a 'test case' (i.e. one that will effect many employees at a big Company)
