There are stiffer penalties for speeding and oui's. Like you lose your license if you get a speeding ticket in the first year or something. Just the fact that you have to be a certain age to get your licenses, and if you get caught driving before you get it , you have to wait until your 18 to get it. Need to have an adult (18 & over) with you until you yourself are 18? I'd check these out though because the laws are different from state to state. I live in Maine and when I got my licence I was 15 (this is changed to 16 now) but in New Hampshire (which is like 5 minutes from where I grew up) I had to have an adult with me when I crossed state lines because in NH you had to be 16 to have a license and they conciderd my licence to be like a permit until I turnned 16.

In many areas you cannot drive after midnight. Here you can`t drive with more than four in the vehical. As well in this area on a permit the driver with you must have four years experience. Zero alcohol in your blood. These are just a few I am aware of.

insurance-no speeding hours set- one in auto other then self.
