i cant download zip files because i deleted my tracking cookie by a mistake when i scaned my computer for viruses the trackin cookie poped up as a risk and i made a mistake and deleted it can anyone help me get the tracking cookie back or give me some advice your help would be really aprreciated

Tracking cookies are being deposited in your computer every moment you are on the internet. That really doesn't have much to do with whether you can download a zip file. You should be able to download it without the "tracking cookie" but whether you can open it or not is another matter. Just click on download and see what happens.

A tracking cookie should be affecting your ability to download a zip file. Usually all you have to do to get a cookie back is to leave and return to the web site which created it. It will automatically make a new one. If the cookie had a stored password, and that is what is preventing you from downloading, then you will have to create a new password or acccount.

Are you getting any kind of an error, or what is happening that is preventing the download? More details would be helpful.
