Email your Superintendent of Schools and tell him your problem. Since he "owns" the computers and you don't, I doubt if he will be very interested in allowing you to access whatever sites you want to access during school hours, but you can always ask!!!

Those sites were restricted by the school system administrator for some reason. Probably to stop people from wasting bandwidth downloading videos, mp3's and playing games. Also, the RIAA will sue the school (and the student) if a student is downloading music illegally.
Most schools have some sort of policy like that, but yours seems to be a bit more restrictive than most. Perhaps people have really abused the privilege in the past. There's probably no good way to get around this unless you sign up for internet service yourself.

How do you fix it: Get your own PC with your own internet connection, the pcs at your school belong to your school, if they don't want you to visit any websites apart from yahoo you shouldn't.
Who should you email? if anyone the person who owns the computers at your school. I doubt he will remove the restrictions though.

Your school system is restricting the web sites to prevent people from downloading viruses, looking at porn. wasting school time playing games, etc. There is nothing you can do from your computer to unblock those sites.

Uh, because school is for learning, not playing games on your computer and surfing the net. Find another computer somewhere else and play on it.

You can't fix it yourself. You will have to ask your system administrator. Also I wouldn't recommend trying to circument their security system. You'll get in a lot of trouble and they know exactly the sites you visit.
