I have trouble keeping my son to sit still on the changing table while I change his diaper. He throws toys down and keeps kicking and screaming. He also has some developmental delays and will start seeing a specialist in 3 months. What do I do until then? He can't understand me, I don't know how to get him to mind. It's more frustrating than with a normal toddler who understands the word "No" or talks to express their needs.

Neither of my children could stand to be still during changing. You don't put him on the table, change him on the floor where he can't be hurt, and simply learn to adapt to changing him while he's wiggling.
Remember: just as you're learning him, he's never been a baby before. You are the one who will have to adapt, not him in this situation.
Diaper changing became like a rodeo event in my house!

*AND DON'T "POP" HIM!* Terrible advice.
