Well Politicians try and convince us of their lies
Much in the same way actors try to convince us of imaginary things
So I;m sure they'd be great - except for Bush who would bluff all his lines

I hate to tell you this, but you apparently do not know politicians would make some of the best actors in the world. How many times have they acted to get elected/re-elected, read my lips no new taxes (acting), I feel your pain (acting and getting lucky at the sametime). Wake up and turn off the television.

3rd rate actors have had great political careers. Consider Ronald Reagan and Arnold Schwartzenegger. Fred Thompson has gone back and forth, so yes, I'd say a politician might have a shot at being a mediocre actor.

Whatever else you can say for Blair, he is definitely a politician who is a great actor. He missed his vocation.

They could be some of the best actors out there. A few of them who are honest wouldn't make it though. Most of them would. They are great at remembering lines and monologues and such. Plus they're used to the makeup session(LOL)

I would think so, how else have they gotten into office. They had to act like the cared. But, why be an actor for their money when you can have the power to control them and their money.
