Hate is a strong word, but people use the word often to describe what they don't like. The degree of dislike determines hate. The very strongest dislike, to detest life, would be to hate it.

Most teens and adults hate life at some point. Life throws incredible curves and surprises and sometimes tradgedy at you and being human we try to survive, adapt, and accept but sometimes it is so hard to be strong.

I look at at life as a wonder and a gift, but I know it can also bite you in the bum and sometimes knock you down. Having had life struggles, hardship, abuse and illness to deal with has made me hate life too, but I knew there would be better times and tomorrow is another day.

If you can't get out of the slump on your own, get help. Family and friends can help ease the burden if you can talk it through. Tell someone you trust how you feel. Someone to share with and who listens may be all you need to get out of the slump.

If you truly have been feeling this way for some time, don't be afraid to seek professional advice.

We all have ups & downs. Hate is a strong word. Consider what things in your life aren't disliked. You have to have something that you enjoy. Do you have friends, a favorite movie/book, a favorite place to go? As long as you're above ground, you have hope of improving your lot in life. Can you walk, talk, see? If so, you're in better shape than a lot of people. What is it that is making you hate your life so much? Do you have a job? Do you have parents? Do you have children? Sometimes, we dislike our life until we see how someone else's life is. I would recommend you volunteer at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen and stop dwelling on your life. If you help others, you're more than likely to forget your own problems.

this is already where you are at the end of your rope that you tend to hate your life. you hate it that everything doesn't turn out the way YOU want it to be. there are reasons why it's not the way you want it.

life is beautiful if you start to look around you.. the life within you is a "beauty" in itself. the feeling of hate can make you miserable and prevents you from enjoying and seeing the beauty of life. hate is a powerful emotion that can cause physical illness. if ones heart is full of hate... he/she is sick emotionally, physically and mentally.

give yourself a chance to be happy and cure that hate inside you. take care and good luck!

There must be something wrong or comparison before you have that feeling. It is not wrong, but it is not right not to treat it. Hating it will do you no good, after you vent out your hatred, then you should start looking for solution.

I find when I have gotten that far as to 'hate' my life I am not doing enough for others. Find a good volunteer job that you need to do weekly and give of yourself and you will find your life isn't as awful as you thought.
