Yeah, or at least in the US it does. I live in Mexico, and there's a little store near my house with one of those fake owls with a head that turns, you know? And the pigeons sometimes sit on the owl's head while it's spinning around. But that may just be that Mexican pigeons are particularly stupid.

We had problems with pigeons landing on our roof and we put up a Owl and have not had any pigeons for over 2 years ...so yes it works

No..And i,v even tried a stone cat statue but if you get birds then you are either feeding them or summit in your yard is attracting them so remove that and the birds will find someother place to visit,
