Ok..i just read someones question and it just made me think of a question. I am 8weeks pregant if i had a miscariage would i know? or would the doctor have to tell me? If the babys heart stopped would that cause me to have a miscariage? I am not able to go to the doctors for about another three weeks now i am getting nervous

if the baby's heart stops , you will most likely have a miscarrage, and you will bleed, cramp and expell all the pregnancy tissue. It is possible to have a "missed" miscarrage, where the baby dies but the body either does not expel the pregnancy , or re-absorbs the tissue into the body like it was never there., These are rarer than regular miscarrages, and are only discovered in a pre-natal exam.

bleeding is common with miscarriage, as is lower back and abdomen pain. no heart beat can cause miscarriage but is unlikely.

you would most likely know, i misscarried at 8 weeks and i started bleeding really bad.
